There doesn’t seem to be a dedicated space for me to write a review of this nature, but I thought it would be important for potential customers to be aware of the poor customer service that the representatives at Badass Glass provides.
I purchased a product a whole two months ago (9 weeks), and my order was cancelled. Naturally, I wanted to know why my order had been cancelled, so I contacted customer service first through email, with no response, and then through live chat, and again over the phone.
I would call weekly, but they very rarely answer the phone. I managed to get a representative one the phone on a couple different occasions. Although friendly, I was told that the risk management department would be the only entity able to answer my question and that I should look out for an email from them. I never received an email from them in any form.
I was getting desperate for some answers, and I thought I would have better luck over live chat. I seemed to have better luck getting in touch with a representative through the live chat function, but still very difficult to get anyone at all. When I did manage to get in touch with a rep, which was a couple different times, I was ghosted mid conversation both times without a solution.
I just wanted to post this in case customer service is something you all value. If not, ignore this. No resolution to my simple question to this day. Hope you guys have better luck.
