How will my order ship? - Discreet Shipping Every Time

All orders ship blind. Each item purchased from BadassGlass will be sent discreetly via USPS in an unmarked box direct to your door. Our shipping labels use our parent company BAG Distribution with no mention of BadassGlass. Check out our 30 second video for a closer look at our shipping and handling process.

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 4PM EST Monday-Friday will ship out same day. Orders received on after 4PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

All orders ship from Buena Park, CA and standard shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days for delivery. 

  • Expedited shipping service is available upon request.

  • Our same day shipping policy does not apply to national holidays. 

  • An adult signature may be required upon delivery.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing all the shipping information. This page provides you with a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's tracking page.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping services. Options and pricing are presented during the checkout process. 3 Day shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii is not available. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only authorized to ship in the US and Canada. Check back periodically for updates as we work on expanding into the UK and beyond. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

To purchase from BadassGlass.com you must be 21 years of age or older.
We accept payment by Credit Card and Money Order. Please allow 5-10 Business days for personal checks to clear before product is shipped out. 
To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible you can also pay by phone. Call 877-885-8836 to place an order. 
We do not accept international credit cards for security and fraud protection purposes.   

Do you charge sales tax?

State laws require that sales tax be charged on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. 

What is your return policy? - Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it, unused, within 14 days for a refund of the purchase amount. Items being returned must be unused and resalable with all accessories, components, and promotional items included.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. *This includes vaporizers, detox drinks, and salvia extracts.
