Return Policy

All unused items may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your purchase. Any expedited shipping options that are purchased will not be refunded.

Extended Holiday Returns

Buy your gifts this holiday season with peace of mind of easy returns. All unused items purchased throughout November and December have an extended return period through February 10, 2020.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 3: Give it to your mailman or post office

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after inspection usually within 24 hours of receiving the package back.

What if my item arrives broken or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (877) 885-8836 or email info@badassglass.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We may request images or ask you to mail the item back to us. Once we have received the proper images, we will send out a replacement within 24 hours.
