Exchanging an Item

Step 1: Let us know which item you would like instead. You can call toll free (877) 885-8836 or you can email our returns department at info@badassglass.com

Step 2: We will then email you a prepaid return label, just place that on the package and hand it to your mailman. Your new item will ship out soon after

Returning an Item

Step 1: Just email our returns department at info@badassglass.com. Be sure to leave your full name, the name of the item(s) you are returning, and reason for returning.

Step 2: We will then email you a prepaid return label for the items, just pack everything up securely and place the new label on the package and hand it to your mailman.

*Note: All returned items must be unused

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (714) 388-7202 or email info@badassglass.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We may request images or ask you to mail the item back to us. Once we have received the proper images, we will send out a replacement within 24 hours.
