Nice little DAF (Directional Air Flow) cap: green’s my favorite color, though I got a translucent green instead of the opaque pictured, but I consider this an added bonus! It looks very nice on top of my slant top heavy walled quartz banger, along with the translucent blue accents of my rig. Whether as a puddle pusher or, in my case, a mostly static cap used to spin my terp pearl(s). I place the DAF on the banger with the tip of the nozzle pointed at roughly 240-250 degrees (referenced using the hole/neck as 0/360 deg) to get the pearl(s) spinning. I’ve been using a single pearl lately, as sometimes the DAF (along with a sufficiently strong inhale) can get them going around so fast that pearl rises off the floor of the bucket and spins around the wall, climbing until it bumps into the DAF’s nozzle. I avoid this by just adjusting the angle of the nozzle (rotate the cap slightly) or by simply inhaling more smoothly and less forcefully. At the end of my “get to know ya” phase with this little DAF cap I can honestly say that I really like it and would definitely recommend to any of you technically-minded, DIY sort of dabbers. Perhaps, for a novice or those who are not concerned with the finer points of dabbing/vaping, a DAF cap isn’t quite the best choice as, say, maybe just a simple flat bottom or cyclone cap and some pearls… but I would say that, for most who are willing to deal with dab and all that comes with it, a DAF is a nice cap to have, especially so if it’s on sale!
