I decided to purchase this bubbler after I realized the one I had purchased previously was simply to small of a device for regular, desktop use. The new, Sherlock Bubbler has a wider, heavier base that sits more solidly on the table. The smaller bubbler would be good for travel since it's small enough to easily fit into a backpack or small suitcase. So, I'm pleased with this product. However, my review would not be complete without a nod to Sarah in customer service. Anytime I've had a problem or question that I needed help or assistance with, she has be right on point every time with a fast and ideal solution to the few issues I have had. She is not only really helpful, but she provides satisfactory solutions to my problems without batting an eye! Sarah's commitment to great customer service has cemented me as a loyal customer now of BA Glass! She's a class act!
