If for any reason you have not received the correct order or are not satisfied please contact us and return the product for a full refund or exchange. Please note certain products may not be returned once used due to the nature of the product. This includes vaporizers, detox drinks, and salvia extracts.

When will my item ship?

  • BadassGlass.com ships most orders received before 5PM EST (M-F) the very same day.* Orders received on Friday Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
  • Some heavy items may ship via freight carrier. Freight carrier delivery times vary.
  • Our same day shipping policy does not apply to weekends or national holidays.

When will my item arrive?

The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the location. Standard shipping usally takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping service is available as well.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email contaning all the shipping. This page provides you with a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier's tracking page.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping service for our customers on most products. We do not offer 3 Day shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii. Options and pricing are presented during the checkout process. You can also call us at 714-519-8488 for more information.

We only ship to P.O Boxes and APO/FPO if you are using Paypal and it is registered with Paypal. 

We also ship internationally to most countries as well. Including Canada, United Kingdom, Italy, Norway, France, Spain, Australia and more. Please inquire with us before placing an order if you're country isn't listed.

Do you charge sales tax?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal, Money Order, Cashier's Check and Personal Check. Please allow 5-10 Business days for personal checks to clear before product is shipped out.

Can I have my order shipped to an address that's not my billing address?

Currently we can do this for customers using Paypal, just let us know what address that you would like to ship the item to.
