Pre rolled cones make smoking even easier than ever. Especially if you don't know how to roll blunt wraps or rolling papers.  A pre-rolled cone is essentially a rolling paper that is rolled into a funnel with a filter at the end.  Simply grind up your herbs and fill your cone.  Once your cone is almost filled, grab a poker just to gently pat down the flower so it is evenly packed.  Then twist the end of the cone to close the cone.  The excess paper that is sticking out is the part you want to light.  This will create a nice even burn without any runs.
